The Stratton Law Firm, P.S.C. and the law office of Thompson & Kennedy, PLLC consolidated their respective practices in January 2020. Attorneys David C. Stratton and Daniel P. Stratton have joined with Max K. Thompson, Todd P. Kennedy, and Rachel W. Kennedy to work out of the Thompson & Kennedy law office located at 140 Scott Avenue, Pikeville, Kentucky.
The consolidation of these firms will strengthen their parallel practice areas of Commercial and Insurance Defense litigation, Real Estate, and Banking law.
The merger will further diversify the respective practices of Workers' Compensation, School Board law, Title Examinations, Probate, Trust and Estate planning, Public Utility law, Employment law, and Corporate and Business law.
